Rise Publish Settings

Google Chrome is the recommended browser in my company. The latest version of Chrome, by default, blocks Flash content. We have seen a spike in the number of learners reporting eLearning modules that don't launch because the Flash content is blocked. The fix is simple. Allow Flash content. Now with new Storyline 360 modules we publish as HTML5 only. However, when exporting LMS content from Rise I do not have this option to select only HTML5. When I export a Rise file for the LMS, is the content limited to HTML5 or is some of it Flash-based?
