Rise - Published version of course freezes

I do an initial publish of a Rise course to review in 360.  It works fine.

However, the next time I publish and go to review, it "freezes."  I'm not having issues on other pages of my browser, so not sure what happens.

It happens consistently.

Allison,

When I go to the case, I am not sure what files you need for Rise? Under the "What files to attach" it does not list Rise?

Also, I'm not sure if this is a Review 360 issue or a Rise issue? Combination of the two. I have never had this issue using Review 360 with Storyline files.

Hi Ann,

You won't be able to attach anything, since Rise 360 files are stored on the cloud. Instead, I would copy and paste the Share link for your Rise 360 course in the body of your message along with the Review link.

Also, just thought I'd point out that when you respond directly from your email, your signature is appended to the message. You may want to pop in there and edit out any personal information that you don't want to share with the community.
