Rise Question

I am not sure if this is correct place to post this, but I am unable to do a very simple PDF upload into a Rise course and I am wondering if there is a bug in Rise. I have done this thousands of times without issue and I am trying both Firefox and Chrome and it won't let me upload a PDF. Is anyone else having issues? If not it could be my computer. Let me know.

Hi there, Zoe. We had an issue yesterday with PDFs that had special characters or spaces in the file name. It's fixed now -- can you please refresh your browser and try with a new attachment block? Thanks!
Well I have one PDF that has failed and it has no special characters. The file was published today in Bigtincan for our audience. Any other suggestions or maybe Rise no longer works with PDFs and I should try something else.
Hi Nancy,
Does the PDF contain spaces in the file name? If so, rename the file to remove the spaces. Then, delete the attachment block in your lesson, and add a new attachment block with the updated file.
Let us know if that works!
I removed the spaces in the file name. I added a new learning block.
The PDF is only two pages.
None of the above worked.

Thanks for confirming, Nancy. I opened a priority support case for you so we can have a closer look. You'll get a confirmation email with a link where you can upload files to us privately. If you can, share the PDF that is giving you trouble. We'll delete everything when we're done troubleshooting!
