For some reason, the answer choices in the Rise quiz I have created are not randomly displaying. I have attempted to view the course in several ways, including exporting it, and the result is the same. I am certain my settings are correct. Any ideas?
Hi, folks. Yikes! I saw the same behavior you described in a sample Rise course – I also have Shuffle Answer Choices enabled on each quiz type.

Our team fixed the issue you both reported where quiz questions would not shuffle after enabling Shuffle Answer Choices. Keep your learners on their toes 😉

in Rise, where do you find "Shuffle answer choices"?
Open any Rise Quiz.
In the top right-hand corner select SETTINGS.
Almost at the bottom you will see the option Shuffle Answer Choices.
