Rise Quiz feature wonky in LinkedinLearning

Just completed a course by Tim Slade on LinkedIn Learning about Rise. Each time a chapter quiz started, response to the first question would result in an error. Restarting the quiz seems to temporarily resolve the issue. Is this a bug?

Also, not sure if anyone else feels the same way but swiping the answer up isn't very responsive on my brand new Samsung 9. Had to swipe multiple times until some sweet spot was found. It requires such a big gesture. One of the UX recommendations is to design interactions similar to other platforms. Wouldn't a tap to select or side swipe be more common? Also, it would require less effort.
