Rise quiz not scoring correctly

I'm in the process of building multiple courses. As I review them and test the quiz blocks, I'm getting variable and inaccurate scores at the end of the quiz.
Quiz settings are set to randomize and shuffle with no feedback. I have double checked that the correct answers are selected in edit mode, and in preview mode, I'm taking the quiz while referencing the storyboard. The most recent quiz I tested reported a score of 75% each time I tested it. I duplicated the course and tested it again. Multiple times on the duplicated course, the score reported as 50%.
Is anyone else noticing this issue?

Thanks for your response, however I found a solution.
As I built new courses today, I found that the quizes were scoring correctly. It appears that issue was only with the quizes I built yesterday. My fix was to simply rebuild the quiz chapters in the courses from yesterday.
