Sorry for reviving this thread.

I am facing a huge issue : some comments my clients or colleagues added disappeared.

Some comments that were not resolved are no longer here even after clicking Show resolved comments.

Is there a way I could track comments by a specific user ?

There isn't a way to track comments by a specific user in Review 360, but we can do some digging on our side to see what happened. Did you have email notifications about the comments and now you can't find them? Please share the details, including the Review 360 link, with my team by clicking here. We'll see what we can find!
