When I attempt to enter my rise course it gives me the message that I am already editing it and does not allow me to enter the course. Please help! I have already tried restarting my browser. What next?
Clicking on that should allow you access to the lesson. I've seen that on my end as well, and it may be a caching issue or if you'd been logged into Rise in another browser (even though it's closed).
If you're not able to "Take Control" let me know - and I can have my team take a look at your account!
