Scenario blocks are perfect to use when you want to add interactivity to your courses and to create informal, lean-forward learning moments. They're similar to knowledge checks in that they aren't trackable in the LMS.
If the ability to monitor student answers is important for you, I would suggest creating those questions in a quiz lesson!
