Hi Beatriz! I'm happy to let you know that we've release a fix for the issue where these courses were not tracking completion properly. Please export your course for SCORM 1.2 again, re-upload to your LMS and test it out! I'll add the Rise release notes into this discussion momentarily, but I wanted to let you know ASAP.
I'm told by our LMS that Tin Can resolves many of the interface problems that can be experienced with SCORM 1.2. We are gradually changing to Tin Can and so far have no problems, whereas we might have expected a few with SCORM 1.2 with the number of courses completed, but that's not at all conclusive, yet.
I would be interested to hear of other people's experience of Tin Can.
Currently you can export Rise courses for AICC, SCORM 1.2, and SCORM 2004 4th Edition learning management systems - Tin Can support is coming soon though!
Unsure if related but our 1.2 SCORM RISE courses always get stuck on last question of an assessment, tested as a URL link there is no issue but having now tried it in 3 different LMS systems I am unsure what is going on?
Hello - I am having this same issue when exporting courses in SCORM 1.2. My LMS is not picking up that the course is complete even though the course in Rise shows 100% complete on the sidebar. I am exporting with track using course completion.
Sorry you're having this trouble! Does the same thing happen when you test the output in SCORM Cloud?
If so, send us a copy of the Rise export. You can upload it to our Support Engineers here and they'll be able to take a look! Let me know once you send it along and I can follow your case, as well.
Thanks for the reply. I did test it out in the cloud and had no problem, so I went back to the LMS. For some reason the LMS was waiting for an action from the course, so I had to set it up as a pop up instead of embedded which did the trick. Thank you!

Hi Michael and Crystal,

Hey Ben,
This looks connected to your other post here? Just wanted to confirm with you and I'll keep sharing updates in that other discussion!
