We encountered a problem, we published Scorm 2004 course from Rise 360 and hosted on LMS. However we are not able to view the course on Samsung Tab A 10.5 (SM-T597V) OS 9.0. It shows only blank or white screen. The course working fine on this model until we updated the OS version to android 9.0. We are using chrome browser on this tablet. We have also download the Microsoft Edge for Android and got the same results. Are there any specific settings required for the browsers to run the course on the device after OS upgrade?
