Rise Session time out error

Need help guys. :( I have tried restarting my PC, deleting all history, and reopening my page but i still encounter the same error. Need your help on this. I actually need to submit my project by tom morning and I am panicking already :( . hoping this could be fixed. thank you

Hi there, Marc. I'm sorry you're hitting this error. It sounds like you might have already cleared your browser cache. Could you also try using a Chrome incognito window or using a different browser? I'd like to rule out an issue with your Chrome setup.
