Hi, I had a few users suggest that they were only allowed two attempts at a Rise assessment when I had set as three in the course. I initially re-tested and found I received three as per the settings. I then had a reason to upload a new version of the same course and during that testing, I had the same 'glitch' where I then only received two total attempts.

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with your retries. I'm not familiar with a similar issue off-hand.
Are you able to replicate this issue in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
