I build a course on Rise 360, and added a Storyline 360 interaction from Review 360 as one of the blocks. Whenever users start that section in the published version, Rise immediately jumps to where the Storyline interaction has been included instead of starting from the top of the page. Any idea why it's happening? How do I rectify it?
Thank you for your answer Matthew! Yes, I have a text entry field. During the course creation, I was using Chrome. But for the launched course, users are accessing it either via Chrome or via Edge. What do you advise I do?

That's really helpful, thank you Matthew!
Yes, it's happening in both.
Hi Diala!
Thanks for reaching out and bringing this up. We have this documented and we'll reach out if we make any changes that help!
As a workaround, adding a continue block above the Storyline Block should prevent it from skipping to the Storyline block upon loading.
