Rise Teams Question

Nov 27, 2017

Does anyone know that if I have a number of Rise courses within a teams-enabled account, whether it's possible to work with another teams subscriber but only allow them access to specific courses, or are members of the same team able to see everything in each others accounts?

I'm trying to establish whether teams is a solution I can use to work collaboratively with a client without giving them access to other clients' projects.

Hi David,

Great question. Within an Articulate 360 Teams account, you'd still have individual authors who have ownership over their own Rise courses. They can invite any other Teams member (from their team or an external team) to collaborate on a course using the method here.

It sounds like that would work for your scenario, as you could invite your client to collaborate on a course with you and they wouldn't see all the other courses you'd created!
