There isn't an option to currently change the color of text within Rise. The text format options are limited to adding in text that is bold or italicized.  You can change the fonts used and the overall color theme of the course. Go to Settings -> Font and Color Customizations.Â
I'll include the idea of font changing colors as a feature request for our team and you can always submit feature request here as well.
We're working on a translation feature for Rise, but it's not yet available.
In the meantime, any of the text items that you can type in the content or titles are editable and you could type in the language of your choice there. Certain things like the "start course" button are something our team is also looking into allowing those to be edited as well.Â
Hi Nichola, thanks for following along! We're excited about this feature, too. You'll be able to change the font colors in Rise soon, but I don't have a specific date for the release. The good thing about Rise is, as soon as we launch the feature, you'll be able to use it immediately!
Stay tuned, and keep an eye on all of the new things we're adding to Rise right here!Â
The ability to change the font color for specific text is an important feature to add - especially when the Settings > Background Color in a text block have been changed. The default text that overlays anything other than a light background is not easily seen.
Hi Laura! Have you tried the text formatting options available in Rise? Highlight a text selection, then click the Colors icon to change the text color. Let me know if that's what you had in mind!
Hi there, Denis. First, you can always reach our support team at www.articulatecase.com. Unless a holiday prevents it, we're there 24/7 to get your case started!
Currently, your Rise course title will always appear in white. Gerardo had a workaround idea earlier in this discussion. Our support team can't help with modifying output, but feel free to reach out to him using the Contact Me option on his profile for a hand!
It's now 7 months later since the latest post to this thread and I'd like to know if the large white Rise course title still cannot be changed in color?
If yes, I'll proceed as Gerardo mentioned earlier but would still love the feature to change the title color, to be available per standard
Have just discovered that it's not possible to change the text color on the Course Title screen in RISE unless we dive in to edit the .css after publishing. It's such an expected and basic level of functionality and without it we can't build screens with dark text on light backgrounds. What's happening with this?

Another question is... How can i change the language of the some elements like - Lesson 1 - to Lição 1 - to portuguese?
I'm from Brazil and like others users around the world this question is important to projects with others languages...

Wow. The ability to change the color of text is a pretty basic feature of elearning software programs.
Thanks for your feedback Daniel! Yup, it's on the roadmap.Â
Yo must edit the CSS style file. (main.bundle.css)
You can check class and id´s into console window inside Navigator.
Gracias Gerardo! This has opened up so many options for me!
You can Uninify CSS main.bundle.css using http://unminify.com/ And then you can change settings for CSS styles.

Kind regards
Hi, there ...
Is there any idea of whether this feature IS going to be implemented, and if so, when?
Thanks!

Hi Martin,Â
Thanks for reaching out! We're targeting Q2 '17 for the feature to be able to change the font colors.Â
Any updates on this?

Hi there, Jimmy.  We had to push back this feature a little.  Hoping to get some more text formatting options into your hands soon!

Hi there, adding my name to the list of those requesting ability to change font colors. thanks. Â

Hi there Roland,Â
The Rise title will still be displayed in white. If we add the ability to change the title font color in the future, we'll let you know!
Yes I am struggling with this as well... The background I need to use makes it hard to see the Title :-(

Hello, Peter. We don't have immediate plans to enhance the formatting of course title text, but we'll let you know if that changes.
Hi Rise Team,
Any update on progress with this one? It seems to have been around for a while and does seem quite rudimentary?
Many thanks
Sarah
