Hi I am trying to change my tracking option for a Rise Course. It is currently set to "Track using course completion", I want to change it to "Track using Storyline block".
However it is greyed out and I cannot select. Am I missing something? Please see attached image.
Do you have a Storyline block in your course? If not, that's why the option is greyed out. You'll need to add one before you can select that option.
If you do have a Storyline block in your course and the option is still greyed out, the quickest way to resolve this issue is to have our Support Team take a look. You can submit a case here.
