I'm having trouble uploading one of my xliff files into a rise course. I am translating from English into French, Spanish and Portuguese. I followed the direction to copy the course, export the xliff file and sent to translation. French and Portuguese came back and uploaded no problem. However, the Spanish xliff file doesn't properly upload. I've tried exporting the xliff file several times for translation, and online it is in Spanish but when I upload, my course is still in English. Can you help?
Hi there, Sarah. A quick solution you can try is to make another copy of the Spanish version of your course and export a fresh XLF file from which to work. If it still doesn't import after translating, we're happy to have a closer look!
