The videos will scale based on the device. I inserted a few different videos (at different aspect ratios and resolution) to see how large I can scale them before they wouldn't scale.
Looks like they are at 16:9 and the resolution is 1097x617 (based on a quick screen measurement).
The challenge I'm facing is the overall course file size and I've been playing around with reducing video file size. I thought knowing the dimensions would help with this. It's a challenge when you know that you are going to roll courses out to offices and sites that don't have good connectivity.

You can bring them down to any resolution it really just depends on what the videos contain.
