Im running rise content with embedded video (i mean video inside the RISE package, not embedded from youtube etc), in 2 different LMS systems, and the enlarge function does not work. The rise content loads in a modal window in both cases.
Hello, Kaleem. We're looking at an issue where the video full screen option isn't working when your course is launched in a frameset in the learning management system. I'll update you on this behavior here.
In the meantime, is it possible for you to launch the course in a new window from your LMS?
hi - i have both examples where the enlarge function does not work. both in a modal window, and a new window. in both cases i have the content published to SCORM or xAPI.
I would expect that the course launched in a new window should work correctly. If you'd like our Support Engineers to take a closer look at this, you can open a case here.
