Hello: It is not working when I try to add a video to the carousel in Rise. Is there a trick? I added the link to "embed link" then I hit enter to secure it...
Thank you so much Chino. Now I see that it actually is putting the tiny words "Read More" as a link to the video rather than showing the video embedded. I've attached screenshots in the following Word doc. Thank you very much! Showing this to SME tomorrow! Note: It's an internal video so you won't be able to click through yourself.
Thanks, Samantha! Do you have the option to download that MP4 video file? Open the video link in a web browser, then right-click the video to save it to your hard drive. Once you have a copy of the MP4 file, you can upload it directly to the process block.

Hi Samantha
I also had issues with pasting URL video links
I embed the iframe code and it works great
Good luck
Hi Samantha! It sounds like you're trying to embed a video in a process block but Rise isn't accepting your embed code.
Try pasting the link to the video where it says URL in this simple iframe code:
<iframe src="URL"></iframe>
Then, copy/paste the full iframe code where it says "Paste URL or iframe code here." Let me know if that solves it!
Hello Alyssa: It says "Replace URL or embed iframe code here" and I put the link that I have. It still does not show up in the carousel...
Hi Samantha. Can you send us your embed code for testing? Also, can you send us a screenshot of what it looks like in the carousel?

Please let me know if that works!
