Rise vimeo doesn't play and blocked by an extion in Chrome

Hi

I embedded my Vimeo video to Rise module. It doen't open and got error message "requests to the server have been blocked by an extension"

The video has privacy setting and I added specific domains in privacy setting.

It opens up in internet explorer browser but it doesn't open in Chrome or Firefox. I cleared cache, cookies, browsing data and deleted all extension.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi Ina,

I’m sorry that you’ve hit a roadblock here.

If you’re using an antivirus or a firewall software, make sure Chrome and Firefox are trusted by these programs. You can also disable your antivirus and firewall temporarily to see if this resolves the issue.
