Rise will not launch for me at all. I have tried accessing it from the website, and from the articulate 360 on my computer. Please see attachment for what I see on my screen.
It was launching, and not allowing me to do anything. Now, I don't see anything at all.
These browsers are supported for authoring Rise courses on laptop and desktop computers, and your screenshot seems to show that you might be working in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Can you try switching to Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge?
Yes, I found the answer in the product support section. I was able to download Google Chrome and it is working now. I just saved the Rise Home Page as a favorite so I can get to easily.
