I've just bought the Articulate 360 and I am trying to see Rise for the first time and it won't load on any browser, Chrome, Explorer or Firefox. It just spins with "Your Course is loading."
Our cloud hosting provider is experiencing a distributed denial of service attack which is resulting in delays and intermittent errors when accessing Articulate 360 apps, Articulate.com, E-Learning Heroes, and Articulate Online. We're looking into it and will let you know when it's fixed. We're sorry for the trouble!

Are you still having problems?
Be aware that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for Rise authoring.
Yes, still won't load in Chrome or FF either.
