Hey Dave,
Rise authoring is supported in Firefox using the latest version and I have not seen any issues surrounding that browser.
Any chance they can update to the latest version? The latest version of Firefox is 61.0.1 and seems to be working as expected for me.
Just let me know what you're seeing.
