Have you encountered this when Rise won't upload a .jpeg from your computer? It worked last week. I've tried replacing media, "rebooting," republishing to no avail. I'm using OneDrive, but have also saved the file to two different non-One Drive locations to no avail. Help!

Hi there, any update on this? I'm still having issues uploading any media in Rise.
I was able to get it fixed. I didn't do anything different, except restart my computer, disconnect my internet and then restart it.
Hmmm, not sure then. Is there a way to submit a ticket for this? I've never contacted support before.
