Rise xApi: detect connection loss

Hello everybody,

I'm doing some tests on a Rise xApi course, linked on Moodle and communicating to a Learning Locker LRS.

I would like to stop the user when the communication between the course and the LRS is not happening, due to a temporary or permanent connection loss.

Is Rise capable of detecting a connection loss or, even better, an error in sending a statement to the LRS?
