Rise 360 and the editing process
Apr 13, 2021
I edit training content and the designers are moving from Storyline to Rise 360.
Normally I get a storyboard in Word to edit. I can track changes and add comments for the designer to view before moving to the development stage.
With Rise 360 I just got a link to the course. On the plus side, I can see what the learner will see. On the down side, I can't track changes, add comments, or see the course in a single file (this last one is important for doing consistency checks like capitalization).
Is there a way to export the text only from a Rise course? Does anyone have any tips for editing text in Rise?

Hi Alana! If you'd like to see the course in a single file for review purposes, I can suggest exporting the course as a PDF.
Select Export at the top menu, and select PDF for the Export Type.
Thanks for the reply. I'd only edit in PDF as a last resort since edits have to be entered as comments and it's a bit tedious.
I will explore the Review feature and see what the translation export looks like.
