Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with Rise courses not keeping the users place on-screen when rotating the device on iPhone 8. When the device is rotated, the content scrolls up to previous blocks, so the user has to scroll back down to find their place. Has anyone else experienced this, or have a fix? Thanks!
Hi Crystal, thanks for the response! The client is using iOS12.3, Safari browser. I've tested it in Browserstack, and it seems to happen primarily in sections where there are interactions (labeled graphic, tabs, flip card).
I've submitted a support ticket as well, but would love any insight you can provide.

Hi there, Stefanie. I'm seeing my place retained in a lesson on an iPhone 8 running iOS 12 and using Safari:
Can you let me know which iOS and browser you're using? We'll see if we can narrow down what's happening!

Hey Stefanie,
Thanks for sending the screen recording of what you're seeing in Browserstack. That's so helpful!
This isn't something I've run into before, but our team will continue digging into it. You'll hear back from Rowie soon!
