Saving courses to be edited by someone else later on

I need to save the Rise and Storyline courses I have developed "somewhere" so that they can be picked up and edited by someone else when my tenure ends. What is the best way of doing this?

I don't want to export them as PDF or web-versions as they will need to be edited as the content gets updated regularly.

Hi Rachel,

The Storyline part is easy, as you can copy the *.story files from your local hard drive to a generally accessible network drive.

Rise courses are a different issue, as you require an active Rise account/subscription in order to maintain access to, and control of the courses.

Hi Rachel!

You can easily send a copy of your Rise courses to another Rise 360 user. And if you're on an Articulate 360 Teams account, your admin will be prompted to transfer your courses to another person when they remove you from the team.
