Hello, is there any way to tag/save an image from the content library? Often when we are testing out various images we have difficulty relocating an image we've used in the past. Favourites/tagging/saving would be great.
That's a neat idea! I can see how having the ability to "save" or "favorite" content library images would be a huge time-saver for a lot of folks, so I'm happy to pass along your idea to my team!
We're always keen to hear about how we can improve our tools to be more useful for you, so thanks for letting us know what you'd like to see. 😊
Is this something that you are considering? I am working with a team of five and it would be nice to have our own shared folder for images we find and want to use, or re-use within our courses. It would be a nice way to be able to collaborate with each other for that speed to market as well. Any insight or help you have with that would be appreciated.
Thanks Cheryl for that feedback, and I can certainly share it with our Product team. Our customers help drive the roadmap, and you can read a bit more about our feature process here.Â
And feel free to share any other ideas you have here!Â
Bump on this idea! I've added an image as a course header in Rise but I had to browse deep into the search results to find it and now I can't find it again for another project!
We have created a Rise course that is used as a library of all images we've used from the Content Library.
That makes it easy to find images that we've used in the past. We also place regularly used images in Template Blocks so that our entire team can find and use them.
Karl, do you pull the items first in the "library" course and then share them to the courses you are writing?
In my particular case, the image was being used as the course header image so I couldn't access any of the data for the image :/ But I eventually found it again!
Whitney, if you still have the course with the image in the course header, you can also export that course to web. You'll see your images saved in the assets folder in the output. I hope that helps along with Karl's ideas!

Yes, we first put the images in the image library course, and then use them in the actual course.

Crystal -- thank you so much! I would never have thought to look in the assets folder.
