I've created a SCORM 2004 4th Edition test package with Rise. It's a very short 2 page course with some basic blocks of text and a 1 question quiz. The passing score is set to 80%.
Exiting/resuming works as you'd expect. Although...
On Scorm Cloud, I can successfully record a completed state, with a score of 100% if I answer the question correctly. However, when I reload the course after completing it, it does not resume. Instead, everything seems to have reset and my completed status in the LMS is removed.
I've also created a SCORM 1.2 file, where this behaviour doesn't occur - the course remains completed and resumes correctly following passing the quiz.
Thanks for reporting the issue. The dev team will look into this. Would it be possible for you to share the exported course and perhaps record a Peek screen recording of the issue you're seeing? Thanks so much.
This issue has been resolved. You will need to republish your course, but after that, you shouldn't have any problems. If you do, please let us know. Thanks for your patience!
The same problem exists in Studio 360 and Storyline 360. Courses published to SCORM 2004 4th Edition, loaded into SCORM Cloud, will resume properly until you finish the course and it is marked complete. Then the courses will not resume but will start at the beginning and the course will not be marked as complete.
I can see that you’re still struggling with this resume issue since you reached out here and in this other discussion. I’d love to help. Can you take a look at the response I shared in the other discussion? We can keep the conversation going over there!
Digging up an old thread but I am having the exact same issue as Brain has stated above.
My SL360 is up to date.
SCORM 2004 v4. Course marks off as completed fine. (and bookmakrs along the way)
Close course, re-launch and the whole coruse has reset, it then reverts the completion to incomplete on SCORM Cloud. This would not happen with SCORM 1.2

Hi Michael
Sure, the SCORM 2004 package is attached.
Here's a recording of the unexpected behaviour: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/ab1c936d-a041-4938-b568-53bb7b4a8d44/review

Hi Michael
That's great, I've given it another export and test and can confirm it is now working as expected.
Cheers for the quick fix.
Adam
Thanks for the update Adam and keep us posted if you have any other questions!
