SCORM Rise course not loading
We have 3 cases of a Rise course not loading. We are using Blackboard LMS and loading them as Scorm.
In all of these cases all other students can access the content, and the students affected report that initially they could load the content, but now can not.
The issue is not related to a user system/browser as it is replicated on any machine by logging in as that user.
Our temporary workaround has been to load as web only, however we would like to know if others have encountered this situation, and if Articulate can assist.
