I hadn't looked up Screencastify before - but it appears that you can export to an MP4 or publish direct to YouTube. Both of those options would work in Rise!
Don't forget about the other tools as a part of Articulate 360 that you could use like Replay or Peek. Take a look at the linked tutorials!
