Screenshots not loading while editing/viewing Rise course

Hi,

I've been looking around but couldn't find a way to reach out to Support and the status page shows no issues: https://www.articulatestatus.com/

Are there any issues with getting screenshots and images to load in Rise? All of our Rise accounts seem to be affected. When you view or edit a Rise course/lesson, the images simply don't load. It was fine yesterday and it stopped working about 30-45 minutes ago.

We noticed 1-2 posts from 11 months ago where the user was reporting this same thing and it ended up being fixed, not sure how. Thank you in advance!
