Help ! I have created a Rise course and published it in the Company LMS (Export settings screenshot attached).
When I tested the module on iPad it plays when the Company LMS is accessed via Safari (Safari screenshot attached). However, when I open it via the LMS app, there is no option to scroll up and down the screen and I’m unable to navigate through the pages (App screenshot attached). This is kind of defeating the point of having a scrolling design that is responsive. Any ideas please?

I've seen this sort of problems and have created a support ticket and posted over in Vertical scroll on mobile - Success Factors thread.
Which LMS and/or app is it for, and does it just happen on iOS or Android too?
