Scrolling & loading issues on iOS devices

Hi,
When we test a course that was built less than 1 year on our LMS App using iOS devices (i.e. iPhone X and iPad), the scroll doesn't seem working properly (on both portrait & landscape modes) and sometimes the screen get frozen and not doing anything. We then need to come out of the App completely and restart it again. The thing is it works perfectly on Android devices.
Is this the thing that you could possibly help? We don't know if it's the course itself problem, or the LMS App problem.
