If the shared Rise link is sent to multiple users - and more than one user is accessing it at the same time - can this be problematic? If the first user is halfway through the course, and another user clicks on the link and starts at the beginning - will either user have any trouble?

Hi Leslie , can you help me with a server to host my Rice course? Do you know someone who could help me with this? My Rice is not working with Moodle and I have to publish my Rice now
Hello, I have a shareable link that I’ve sent out. Now I see a mistake in the course. Will I have to resend the link once I make the correction or will it still work with the new correction as well? Thank you!
Is an old cooment but you can make unlimited edits to the Rise Course ( This is the purpose of the Review) The Review is not meant for distributing a finished module but a collaboration tool to discuss and fix issues, design and ideas. When you publish your irse course you will be asked if you want to update an existing module in Review. When you should that it will simply update the that version.

Hi Beth!
The share link from your Rise course is a viable way to share your course. Multiple access and users will not be a problem.
This will not allow any tracking to occur though, so keep that in mind.
You can read more in this tutorial on sharing your Rise course.
Thanks.

Hi, I need to share my articulate rise course with 1500 students. Can I just sent them the link? They can enter the course at the same time?
Hi Loli,
As you can see in this documentation, using the Share link is only recommended for a small audience that does not need to be tracked.
If you have 1500 students, I imagine you'd need an LMS to track or a server to host on at the minimum.

Hi Dolores! I'm happy to help you, and we have quite a few Moodle users here who can help, as well.
First, are you publishing the Rise course for LMS?
If so, what happens when you upload the output file into Moodle? Are you seeing a certain error message?
