I'm investigating a performance issue with some of our Rise courses. We heavily use embedded vimeo videos in our courses and found that the transition animations in the Rise course are slow/jumpy when we have embedded vimeo videos. Our course that contain just images/text do display the same behavior.
It is a very simple course, one section, with an embedded vimeo video and some text. When clicking the Start Course button, you will see that the normally smooth animation of the cover image is jerky or even skipped enitirely.
This is happening on all of our courses with embedded vimeo videos. Any ideas?

Here's a quick screen recording of what I saw in Chrome 78 for Mac. Does that animation behavior match what you're seeing on your side?
If not, could you please share a similar recording and let me know which web browser you're using?
