Thanks for letting us know what's going on, Gena. Have you run into this error message in your own testing? I know it can be frustrating to troubleshoot an issue that you haven't seen yourself!

It's possible that those learners have browser security settings that are blocking the Storyline Block content, so asking them to switch browsers is a good idea. If you get any more clues or notice any trends, please let us know!
