I have a rise course loaded into our LMS (Cornerstone). Every so often someone get's an error with the storyline block in it. One person was able to clear it on their own by using IE instead of Chrome. Any ideas on what could be causing this error?

It's possible that those learners have browser security settings that are blocking the Storyline Block content, so asking them to switch browsers is a good idea. If you get any more clues or notice any trends, please let us know!

Browser settings are managed by IT, so everyone has the same security settings.
I have had this happen to 2 people that I know of.
Now it is 3 people. lol. I think i'm just going to open a case.
