I have a Storyline Block in a Rise 360 course was developed in English, and then translated in Spanish.
I can't figure out where the title of the course is being sourced for the landing page as viewed in Rise 360. The Spanish version appears to indicate the keyboard Alt code for รณ. Is there a way to correct this? Or which field in the Storyline courses is this sourced, so I can remove it before I publish to Review 360 and then subsequently import into Rise 360?
Screenshots attached in English and Spanish for reference.
Hi Alyssa,
Thank you. Bit of a mystery. I did find a work around.
The title was already unchecked. I had been manually checking it, putting
the new name of the course, and unchecking it. I wasn't sure if the source
was that field or somewhere in the LMS tracking/reporting settings. And now
I'm curious once again.
For a work around, I just ended up checking the title box, putting a single
space in the title field, unchecking the box again, and then continued with
the instructions as you posted.
But it's interesting that the first time I tried that, it
defaulted/populated again with the English title (which was from the
original course I created and duplicated). Screenshot below. That's when I
tried the "trick" of the space.I can't find anywhere where I have the
original title "Customer Experience When Placing an Order".
Thanks for sharing how you worked around it, Stephanie! It sounds like Storyline 360 saved the original course name in the background and recalled it when you deleted the new title from the player properties window. Adding a "space" to the title field was a smart idea!

Hello, Stephanie!
You can remove the Storyline Block title so that only the play button will display. Here's how:
Let me know if that makes a difference!
