I have a Rise course to which I've added a Storyline block with some simple JavaScript. The Storyline course JavaScript works in our LMS when published on it's own, but doesn't work when used as a Rise Storyline block. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
We'd love to take a closer look at your Storyline 360 file so we can test the javascript in the standalone course and inside of Rise 360. If you don't mind sharing it, you can send us the .story file by clicking this link. We'll be standing by!

Hi - I am pretty new to RISE, but having a similar issue... The Storyline file works fine on it's own, and the slide does play inside of RISE, but the printout sheet does work from RISE (it does as a standalone Storyline course).
Hello, Paul! Thanks for opening a case — that was the right move! My teammate, Georvy, is taking a look at the file you shared as we speak. You'll hear back from him shortly!
Hi Andrea! Thanks for also opening a support case! You're in good hands with Shiela — she sent you some helpful guidance on testing the course in SCORM Cloud. Please let us know if you have any questions about what she sent you!
