I'm having a VERY frustrating experience with Rise export to web right now. Some of the Storyline elements of the courses I am exporting do not export properly. This seems to be random and happens with some assets and not others and then the assets that work properly change when re-exported. I am having to unzip and test every file which is becoming prohibitive. I need this fixed NOW.
I have had this same problem for a couple of days. Initially, I re-exported them and it fixed, but now I have a specific course that cannot be fixed this way.
Although re-exporting the courses provides a solution, this should be resolved as we CANNOT verify that all assets work in all courses when it is supposed to without any problem.
We're looking into this behavior now. I'm sorry this has gotten in the way of your work! I'll be sure to share updates with you here as soon as possible.
In today’s update for Rise 360, we fixed the issue where some Storyline blocks weren’t loading in Rise 360 courses. You can export your Rise course for web or LMS again, and everything should work as expected.
