I need your help. I created a graphic that contains hotspots and info markers so when a user clicks within those hotspots areas document opens (pdf files). (see attached image) I published this as a Rewiew 360 output so I could add this piece to may course I developing in Rise 360. When I preview the course, everything works great however, once I export the course and have a co-worker upload the course to our LMS platform, it will not load.
I've had a couple of issues with Storyline blocks not loading in Rise. This usually fixes if I re-publish the Storyline piece to Review 360, and then export the Rise 360 course again.
I agree with Holley that opening a case is the right move! If you can attach the published output file to your case, that'd be even better. We'll be standing by!

I've had a couple of issues with Storyline blocks not loading in Rise. This usually fixes if I re-publish the Storyline piece to Review 360, and then export the Rise 360 course again.
