Storyline home page connected to a rise file

Enjoying creating Rise courses but a bit disappointed with the opening page and the restriction of placing a logo on top of the image which would refine this somewhat. 
So, as there is a restriction in Rise and it looks as if this won't be addressed any time soon. 

Is there a way to have Storyline as a landing page and then have a link to the Rise course. and to save as one Scorm file for placing into an LMS?

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
