I made a SL interaction which I published to Review 360 and then inserted in RISE.
I just updated my Storyline installation and now I get a black screen (which I need to click and then it works) instead of the actual SL interaction. It worked yesterday but today (after updating Storyline) it looks really ugly and I hope this will be fixed very soon. Can you please let me know if this is on the radar to be fixed?
Hi Mona! Are you viewing the Rise 360 course from a desktop computer? If so, is the browser window the full width of your computer screen?
If you're still unable to get around the black overlay on a desktop computer, you can send the course Share link to our team by opening a case. We'll have a look and let you know what we find!
Thanks for reaching out. However, one in the Articulate team contacted me by email so I have already got help :-). It showed that I had missed to select "show on first page" next to the thumbnail in the player.

You should be able to set the course thumbnail on the player tab, if you have media on the first slide it will have an overlay and. play button
And will always have an overlay on a mobile
