I just created a course in Rise 360 that has three embedded Storyline scenarios for people to watch. Two of the three scenarios are loading. When I go to the Rise 360 Course in the editor, the scenario loads just fine. I have it published as an HTML 5 course. Thoughts?
Did you export the course for Web or LMS? Then, did you host the output on a web server or LMS for testing?
If not, be sure your output file is hosted on the web before you test it. You can also test the Share link for a to be sure the Storyline blocks are working correctly.
I have a similar problem, I have created one SL block in Rise. When testing in Review all was fine. But when I published to Web (AWS) the SL block is grey.
Hi Valerie! I can see that you've opened a case for this. Darwin has sent you an email requesting your Storyline project file. You can send him your file using this link. Please also let me know if you did not receive any emails from our support team so we can check if there's an issue with our emails.
I have an this same issue lately. It's been very random but with almost every course. (20+). I use a lot of storyline blocks in my courses and it's a roll of the dice if it works upon upload to the LMS. (Works fine in Storyline preview). I have gotten it to work after re-uploading again in some cases. Again, it's very random and very tedious. Pleas help with a solution for this!
I'm having this issue as well. Created a SL course, uploaded it to Rise as a SL block, and published it for Web. The course seems to load (it's on my desktop), but when I get to the SL block it's just a gray box.
Thanks for the responses, due to my project timeline I ended up changing the content form a SL Block to a Carousel. But would love to know what the final outcome might be for others on this thread.
Hi there, everybody! In today's update for Rise 360, we fixed the issue where some Storyline blocks weren't loading in Rise 360 courses. You can export your Rise course for web or LMS again, and everything should work as expected.

Hi Rajah,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Storyline Blocks when exporting a Rise course for your LMS.
To narrow down the issue, we can suggest testing your file on SCORM Cloud, and then enabling debug mode.
Alternatively, if it's okay to share your file with us, you can start a case and we can work through those steps with you together!

I started a case. I just tried the course in Scorm Cloud and it did not work. Here's the debug log: https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/guest/ViewDebugLog?logId=d3a68ca8-9bcc-490c-9900-229b0c3bb73c&courseTitle=SDS-DSL+Workplace+Security+Training+%28Core-US%29

OK...I did nothing to the course but republish the Rise course. This time when uploaded it to Scorm Cloud, it worked fine. Lost.
Lee,
I did receive an email, but due to project timeline I replaced the SL block with a Carousel.
Not the best fix from a design prospective but it worked.
Thanks for responding 😊
