I was wondering what the best story size is to use when importing Storyline files into Rise. Is the default size (4:3) the best to use on all browsers and all devices? Or is the 16:9 ratio better? Or has anyone else found a ratio that works best? I figured I'd ask the community before spending the time and effort in trying a whole bunch of different ratios.
I find the 4:3 works better on phones if the user needs to interact with the screen. However, I think it depends on how you are using the Storyline block.
That's a great point! Thank you for that! I've been having Storyline files cut off either at the top or bottom of the viewport of a laptop screen using the 4:3 ratio. I may sacrifice that small inconvenience to have the best functionality for mobile users. Thanks again!
