I have created a Rise 360 course with a storyline block final assessment. When you finish taking the final assessment and pass with the required 80% or higher Sumtotal remains "In-progress". I have tried multiple settings. We are using a results slide with the complete course trigger and currently my settings are;
Complete course trigger marked as Complete\Incomplete to publish Storyline and when exporting Rise Course our settings are Course Completion marked as Passed\Incomplete.
How can I get Sumtotal to update? I have attached the Scorm file
Thanks for including your SCORM output file! I tested it in SCORM Cloud, and I also saw that the Rise 360 course was not marked complete even after passing the Storyline Block quiz.
Would you mind sending us the original Storyline file? We want to have a closer look at the triggers on the results slide.
