Survey output in Rise

Hello all!

We are adapting a course that uses several matrixes and big dissertative fill-in exercises for self-reflection.  Unfortunately I have not found a good way of inputting those exercises on Rise.  With forms they can fill in, but the data goes to me. I would like they had the data they have filled in at the moment, in a pdf or other printable/savable file. 

I tried using a Storyline workbook. It works in Storyline when exported to an LSM but since it uses java, it does not work once you insert it in Rise. 

Have you found any workaround? Thanks!
